The Josh Gibson MD scholarship was founded to help students leverage their human potential in the face of tremendously expensive tuition at today’s top universities. Josh left the practice of medicine in 2017 and today helps people reach their goals every day as an executive and life coach. He wouldn’t be able to do that without having the good fortune of an exceptional education, including getting his M.D. at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completing an invaluable psychiatry residency at UCSF. His belief is that we all should give back and hopes that winners of this scholarship will all achieve sufficiently in the future to be able to establish their own scholarships.
Luci Moody at Portland Community College won the 2022 Josh Gibson MD scholarship — hopefully Luci will be able to extend support in the future to the next generation of deserving and talented students throughout the country!
